25 Bible Verses for Children that they need to know

Have you ever wondered what are the most important Bible verses that you need to teach your children?

Teaching the whole Bible to our children is a must. But there are a few bible verses that are foundational and super important for your children to know.

In this post, you will find Bible verses that every kid should know. You can even use these bible verses to teach toddlers!

How to teach bible verses to children

Whether your children are little or older, one thing is certain: The more they hear it, the faster they will learn it.

When I teach my kids a bible verse for the first time, I read it to them and then I explain to them what the Bible verse means. After that, they repeat the verse with me a few times every night before going to bed.

It takes a few days for them to learn it, depending on the size of the verse. Once they learn the verse we move on to a new one but now and then we come back to the verses we have already learned to make sure they stay fresh in their mind and in their hearts.

Teaching our kids the way of The Lord should be our first priority. In this post you will find 25 Bible Verses that will help you lay a great foundation in their lives.

Wonderful tips and verses. John 3:16 was the first I ever memorized. Still hidden in the heart to this day. It’s important to teach our littles the value and words of the Bible.
